Our chef Raphaël Petitjean would like you to discover his seasonal market garden cuisine.
Discover his signature dishes like Bresse chicken with morels, pike perch, crawfish, catfish and his passion, vegetables.
His cuisine is balanced with a wine list essentially comprised of regional labels. There’s a glass climate-controlled cellar in the dining room for you to select any of the many Burgundy references.
Our restaurant is open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner except for lunch on Saturdays and Sundays (only served with a reservation).
